AI Governance: Model risk assessments and testing, AI policy and governance framework development (aligned to ISO/IEC 42001 and NIST AI RMF), data governance for AI (dataset documentation), bias and fairness testing of models. Completion of AI Impact Assessments and Data Protection Impact Assessments for high-risk AI uses. Inventory and classification of AI systems per EU AI Act requirements. (For example, assessing generative AI tools for regulatory compliance and ethical risk.)
AML Compliance: Comprehensive AML risk assessment (customer/transaction/country risk). Designing or reviewing risk-based KYC/EDD frameworks for onboarding high-risk clients. Advice on implementing transaction monitoring controls and reporting (suspicious activity alerts). Ongoing updates on FATF guidance and local AML regulations.
